Stanthorpe Rare Wildflower Consortium

The Stanthorpe Rare Wildflower Consortium is a group of wildflower enthusiasts who share a common aim to identify, assist in managing and ultimately preserving many of the wildflower species unique to the Granite Belt. They host a number of wildflower walks every spring and have published books on native flowers and eucalypts.

Stanthorpe Field Naturalists Club

The Stanthorpe Field Nats meet monthly. The club visits natural areas on the Southern Downs and northern New South Wales such as national parks and state forests as well as areas of private land.

Granite Belt Wildlife Carers

The Granite Belt Wildlife Carers rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes sick, orphaned and injured native animals in the geographical area bordered by the NSW/Qld border, Texas, Allora, Killarney, Warwick, Liston and everywhere on the Stanthorpe Plateau. Rescue hotline 0418 144 073.
