Find out about local threatened species and how you can help them by restoring sections of your property for FREE! This project is funded by the Australian Government’s Environmental Restoration Fund.

  • Do you have a section of property you'd like to have planted for threatened species in the area?

  • Do you want to learn about the critically endangered regent honeyeater and swift parrot, and the work being done in the area on the spotted-tailed quoll?

  • Do you want to pick-up techniques for monitoring threatened species, including how to set baited cameras?

From 9:00 am you'll hear about threatened species from experts in their field and learn about what you can do to help these threatened species without paying a cent! Arrivals from 8:45 am. Light refreshments will be provided.

From 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm you can join us for a field visit to a restoration site where we will walk you through how we will be restoring the area. We will also set some trail cameras to detect wildlife. The address for the property visit will be provided at the event. A BBQ will be provided at the field visit, so please advise us if you are attending when booking your tickets and BYO chair to the property.
